Madeline Robertson

Individual Skill Developer

Madeline graduated from George Williams College of Aurora University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Raised alongside a profoundly-deaf brother, she has had a lifelong passion for child advocacy and supporting individuals and families with extraordinary needs.

 

Madeline has experience providing an array of supports, ranging from adolescents with autism and/or behavioral challenges, caregivers with compassion fatigue, deaf and hard-of-hearing children, drug-exposed children, adults with dementia, and community-based services. Her compassionate and curious nature creates a safe space for individuals to show up as their authentic self. Her ability to connect with children and families to identify needs and goals allows for a creative approach in better understanding the communication behind behaviors to ultimately improve family bonding and connection.
